They initially sent me a charger that only worked for a second or two before it died. However, when I complained, they very quickly shipped me a new (different brand) charger that appears to be working fine now.

It does work well, the cables are smaller gauge than the original Time will see how it holds up. We mainly use it at home. I 'm not sure how it would hold up for repeated winding and unwinding if packed to travel everyday.

I bought this because my original charger broke and did not want to spend over $80 to replace it. This will get the job done without any problems. Im extremely satisfied!

I bought this charger for my super old and crappy Dell laptop. The charger that came with it finally died and since there's absolutely no way I'd ever purchase a new charger for anything more than the price of this one, I figured I'd give it a shot. Much to my surprise, it actually works! I mainly wanted the charger so I could turn on the Dell and copy some pictures and stuff onto a flash drive. It was definitely worth the cheapo price to salvage those irreplaceable files. I may have even paid twice as much for it. But that's where I draw the line.

I love it, it works the same as any expensive adapter. We needed an extra one for travel so this is just great. I would buy another one anytime and for sure would recommend anyone to buy it. The service was prompt and was delivered in a save box.
