The phone arrived a couple of days before it was due, a good effort as this was an international delivery. A small problem with the manual was very quickly sorted by their service desk. The phone worked well out of the box and provides everything I need

The phone came in on time and everything is great. As for the manual, I got a German one so I had to figure out how to set up all the things in the phone by myself. I was skeptical as to how hard punching in the keys were, but the other reviews online are right. THE KEYS ARE A LITTLE HARD TO PUNCH at times, but when you get used to it, it's not that bad. Overall, I love this phone!

Cons:
Low ringing sound when you are calling, not clear sound from the person you are talking to.

This is a very great cell for the price I paid. It's small, light and fits everywhere. It's easy to use and the manual is easy to understand, above all for an Android begginer like me. The battery has a very good life and the pack comes with two batteries!! It's unlocked so you can use it in any country without problems.

I was a little hesitant ordering a no-name smart phone online but after receiving the product and using it for some time now, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. So much so that I'm ordering another one for my wife. For a fraction of the price you get all the features of the much more expensive brand name phones. The quality is good, the touch screen is pretty responsive, as a whole the phone is functioning pretty good so far. If you are not brand conscious, I would strongly recommend.
