Always a wonderful experience. I contacted the customer service regarding issues with five related orders. I have to cancel four orders, and place a new order to get 10% bing cash back as part of lack friday sales. the agent (her name is Nancy) was able to cancel all four orders for me without any problem, and she even waived the shipping charge, and helped me to apply a coupon to the new order.

I am not a frequent shopper (actually, I think this is my first time), so my experience with them shows that they do not support only those who have spent X amount of money. First of all, shipping cost and speed were excellent. Using the free shipping option, my package arrived in only 2 weeks. But more importantly, when I decided that I did not want to items that I ordered because of something about them that was completely out of their control, they were more than happy to take them back.

I was a bit sketchy at first. I spent a lot money of including shipping for it, and to my amazement it works! I have a iPhone, and it works perfectly. It fit perfectly, my ipod wasn't heating up, nothing. It was working as intended. It went from 10% battery to 100% in about 3 hours. Also just for reference purposes, the one I got looks 100% exactly like the one shown. You will not be dissapointed!

This item was purchased on the 16th of Dec and recieved on the 30th of Dec. I was uncertain that it would be compatible with the 2nd gen. iPhone 3G as some people had mentioned in their reviews that some products, though advertised to be compatible, did not work properly with their iPhone 3G. I found that both chargers function as advertised. Item shipped/arrived as expected and works great.
