I travel constantly for work, so bought a few of these - one to live in the suitcase, one to have in the office, and a couple of spares. In the office, I don't have iTunes on my computer, so I can use the charger to play my iPod all day long over the folding travel speaker setup that I have and then still be able to use the iPod for the commute home & back to work. Great - would highly recommend!

I have used it for about 6 months without any problems at all. I have not timed it, but it seems to charge my Nano (1G) in about 2-3 hours or less. I am not sure if this works with Nano 2G and Video iPod 5G, you can buy one and if it doesn't work, give it to a friend who has an older iPod. I plan on buying another just to have a second. Great buy.

Its small portable- does the job. even has a nifty little light on it that is red when the device is not charged and turns green when its ready. Very happy with it. recommend it to anyone who is on the go and not always near a computer to charge their apple devices.

I bought this for my iPod Touch so I can stop charging it on my computer and it works great. The price is really cheap too compared to the wall chargers that Apple sells which could set you back 20 bucks. But this one works just as well. I would recommend this to anyone!

Got the charger in the mail today and I was afraid that I was going to get a ripped off wannabe real cord. Most people say that it is the authentic cord but it really isn't. This one is basically the OEM Apple cord, though in the picture it shows that the usb part of the cord is round, the cord I received in the mail was square, possibly like the old ones but it's the real thing. It does the job, charges my ipod touch just fine, and it isn't a rip off, well worth the money!
