- Other Thoughts: They work just fine. They might not have the bells and whistles, like automatically lowering the level at sudden loud noises, but look at the money saved.

- Other Thoughts: I suffered without, for a long spell, as did everyone else that I begged to repeat themselves. A recent visit to an audiologist brought major sticker shock. Six thousand American dollars for a pair of behind the ear babies.
