  • Pros: Bought this for my dad and he was impressed by the quality of this product. Definitely better than the behind-the-ear hearing aid as it does not get in the way of the spectacle frame. It was certainly good customer service when Dinodirect gives us extra batteries!
  • Cons: Can't find any yet.

  • Other Thoughts: Great product! My father's hearing has progressively been failing for several years. After reading the Dinodirect reviews on aids, two months ago, I decided to buy this one. Nice design and they certainly have improved his hearing.

Just recieved my [NewSound Best Smart Sound Amplifier Canal Hearing Aid ].It took 24 days to get to me but was well worth the wait. Having just retired as a Qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser in the U.K. I actually know a thing or two about hearing aids, this one is very small, fits in the concha of the ear, is wireless operational, and the sound is superb indeed, one problem for patients who have never used an aid before is that the instruction booklet is written in either Chinese or Japanese. But having said that well worth the money,
