- Other Thoughts: Really puts out some light. Replaced a 60 watt Edison style bulb with this one. It work's great. Seems to put out more light to me and my wife. Am going to buy another one.

- Other Thoughts: I used this bulb to replace a 12watt CFL bulb in a nook chandelier. It's even brighter and I don't have to worry about the mercury hazards of CFL's/ Unlike the previous reviewer. Despite the price, this will last for many years and I'll eventually save plenty of money. Great product.

- Other Thoughts: This bulb puts out plenty of light but with the clear globe it is too much direct light for a vanity light etc. I have this 5W LED light bulb in my garage and it is plenty of light and I plan to purchase more but for certain applications I hope to find some with the globe whited out a bit so I can replace my vanity lights etc.

- Other Thoughts: It is very bright for an led and lights up the whole room. A lot more light than I expected. I got the pure bulb and am very happy with the performance.

- Other Thoughts: This is one of the best LED light bulb that I have found. We bought 2 bulbs and put them in the bathroom. The light is really bright and white as we wanted. And the light really does shine all around. The light from this bulb does compare favorable with the 60 watt bulbs we were using. The bulb is quite large and won't fit in a normal sized enclosed fixture.
