I bought four of these cameras because of quality of picture and price. If your looking for a good camera with good resolution, this is it. Cameras were delivered fast and packaged properly.

I purchased this camera after wanting to upgrade from the camera that came as part of a eBay package deal...i was a little worried, as i really don't have too much knowledge to go on, when it comes to CCTV components, but i went along with the other reviewers and decided to give the camera a try..

I did a lot of shopping and have had a few less expensive cameras, so far, this one has been the best bang for the buck. Excellent night time illumination at about 30 feet, wide field of view, crisp picture and color. No complaints at all!

Very good range, color balance, and well made. Instructions don't explain where to unscrew base so you're trying to remove the "ball" of the camera

The video images is clear during daylight. Night images is hard to see unless something is within a few feet from the camera.

first time surveillance system buyer... I spent several hours trying to determine which unit to buy and must say I am glad I purchased the Defender Picture is a tad grainy during the day BUT the night shots are amazing!! I am very picky about quality and for 500..you can't beat this system!!! Installation was simple. I mounted the cameras on my eves outside while it was snowing. Ran the cable inside the siding corners and then through the sills on the bottom of the house. Great system!

Easy to setup as it is literly plug it in and it works. We still haven't mounted the camera so they are just sitting but that actually has worked out as I can just move the camera to the area in the house I would like to watch. It works great with no hassles.
