I purchased this USB Laptop Cooler Pad for my son as he is on his lap top constantly. His laptop no longer shuts down on him because it is too hot. When he first showed it to me I couldn't believe how quiet it was. This has been an excellent investment.

This is my second Laptop Cooling Pad. The first was one my hubby purchased with my laptop. My hubby paid nearly $100 for one that the sales clerk recommended - big rip off! This is so much more effective and very comfortable to use. There is only one fan but it pushes more air than my last one did with two fans - my laptop is running much smoother and cooler. The base of the pad is smooth and comfy on my lap - no weird corners or hard edges. It is deffinitely worth every penny!

The USB Laptop Cooler Pad did the job. My laptop, known for overheating and shutting down, now works reliably. I had to hunt elsewhere for some software to monitor the CPU and GPU temperatures. It does not fit particularly well with the docking station that I prefer to use with my laptop. However, for the price, it solved the problem efficiently.

The only problem I have with this USB Laptop Cooler Pad is that the fan is towards the back of the pad, so while it cools off most of the laptop the front still gets pretty warm, especially if you have the laptop pulled towards the front of the pad. Other than that it is quiet and lightweight and overall a good buy.
