I received the product promptly, arriving much sooner than I had anticipated. I had ordered it for my Madcatz Street Fighter 4 fight stick (requires specific usb chipset which i didn't have, but this card does. I tried to install it but it just wouldn't fit. I tried different slots and thought the worst, that it was incompatible. I compared it to another PCI card that was already installed on my computer on the other PCI slot, and they were the same. I eventually realized that the front metal plat of the card was bent, preventing it from going in correctly. I bent it back, and it works perfectly now, and slid right in. USBs work great, and I can now use my arcade controller.

<br/>I turned off my computer and unplugged it. Opened the case. Slid card in empty slot. Closed case. Started computer. As soon as computer finished booting it was already working. It installed its driver in the background without me having do to anything. There was simply a bubble on the bottom right of the screen saying driver install successful.
