The point works fine for me, although some people like the fine point, I find it difficult to sign with it,I owned a fine point and the signing was difficult, I prefer medium, and the pen is one of the best I have had

This is my first fountain and I absolutely love it. It has a great feel, cool look and writes awesome. Writes a little more thick than I would like but nevertheless a great writing instrument.

The Fountain Pen is lightweight, very rugged, gives a smooth line, and is a great bargain. I need nothing else from a fountain pen, although I am proud of my collection. I take the Lamy with me everywhere. Do buy the converter and try a number of inks. You will not be disappointed.

This is a fantastic fountain pen for both the beginner and the pen aficiando. I have it with both the Extra-Fine and Medium nibs. The Medium nib is a little broad for my taste and goes through ink a little bit faster than the Extra-Fine. The Extra-Fine nib has a very smooth feel, and writes very nicely. The body is great as well.
