• Other Thoughts: I just got this warm white LED light bulb and installed it a ceiling fan fixture. I've generally used incandescent bulbs and have not been able to find cost effective CFLS due to the fact that all of my fixtures have dimmer switches. Very pleased with this bulb.

• Other Thoughts: Prices should continue to fall and more styles should be available in the future. I can see these, becoming more popular then florescent lighting with LED's having longer life, less heat and no mercury.

• Other Thoughts: Agree with reviewers who found that the light output is comparable to a bulb--noticeably dimmer than CFL 50-60-watt replacements. But the lower light output is fine for our reading light over the bed and much safer than incandescent because it's so much cooler, it can't burn you. Great choice whenever bright light output is not required and your need is for light at the bulb top, not the bottom. Tried one out in an overhead can light and it worked fine, dimmed well. Like the light color for this bulb better than typical CFL.

• Pros: I did not expect that the 3 watt bulb will shine a little brighter, even 35 watts halogen lamp. In this case the energy consumption is 12 times less! Relation quality-price is the best. I am very happy about it effect .. And the workmanship is amazing! Chinese manufacturer of the mark!
