This item works as advertised, sound level is good and all the features work as you would hope. The only draw back is the mirror itself is a bit distorted and takes some getting used to. But as a hands free device it works better than most I have tried.

I am a sales staff, often to receive or make calls, but when I'm driving, which has become very troublesome. When I saw this Bluetooth Car Rear View Mirror I knew this issue had been resolved. A few days later I received the product, I found it great when I first useing it, I can answer or calls anytime and anywhere, can not worry about that I can't concentrate on driving.

I'm fairly mechanically inclined so I installed mine last night in our Excursion without the useless manual. It required a few more feet of video cable but no big deal. It works as advertised.

Product is great very easy to install, good reception talking and listening. Very good to keep in touch, while keeping your eyes where they should be on the road. Battery life is very good. Surly anyone looking for this type of device at this price will be pleased.
