Our older cat plays ONLY with these mice. She has five of them, and she stalks them, walks around with them in her mouth while meowing, brings them into our bed at night and will wake up from a nap to play with them. She's territorial about them though--if our younger cat comes near her when she has one, she hisses and growls and protects her catch. These guys last forever--one even went through the washing machine (one of the ones she brought to our bed!) and came out good as new. A really great cat toy if you have a huntress/hunter in your house.

I bought this mouse because I thought it was exceptionally cute and reasonably priced. My kitty has never shown any interest in mouse toys I've bought in the past so I put it next to my computer where I could enjoy it myself, but now kitty, when she jumps up on the desk to be near me, has laid claim to this precious plush, chewing the tail, swatting it and tossing it in the air! Great cat toy!

I have four indoor cats that love playing with toy mice. But, they were not phased by this toy. I am thinking that it might be too big for them. They are used to the very tiny toy mice and this is much larger. Even after rubbing some dried cat nip (that they love!) all over the mouse, they still did not play with it. I read the reviews that many cats loved this toy and I was hoping that mine would, but that has not been the case.

We're trying to befriend a stray we trapped and we got her this mouse. She loves it! She carries it around and we find it everywhere. It was a real break though and now she's starting to interact with us through this mouse toy. Highly recommended.
