This item arrived quickly and I was surprised at how tough it was to bend. But after working with it for a couple week I clearly am getting stronger and am now happy that it has so much resistance, I had one of these years ago that eventually snapped in the middle so I have no idea how long this will last.

This is some of the best money I've spent in the last year fro any kind of fitness equipment. I have lower spine problems and arthritis in one shoulder, which makes it difficult to use dumbbells or bar weights. Even weight machines pose a problem. I bought the twister on the recommendation of a friend with similar issues. I am happy to say that I haven't experienced any negative imapct using the twister and I get a good workout with it. I just received the 64 cm twister and I have ordered the 65 cm one as well. The 64 cm is probably about a 40 lb resistance and doing one movement produces a burn. My workouts have decreased in time but increased in benefits. The twister is great.

The power twister I ordered was called the "Heavey duty power twister" and I have to say that it is a tough one to bend.It's sturdy and well made.I believe that this device can give a martial artist or boxer a nice workout.

I had a cheaper three way adjustable one from Walmart that I could crank out 120+ reps with. I picked up the box and was pleased with the heft. I got it out of the box and was so happy, I actually had some resistance again. 45 reps straight gave me a good pump.

Want a work out that will test your strength??? Sick and tired of Power Twisters your 11 year old can do 10 - 20 times? Then this is the one you've been waiting for. You will be lucky to get 10 on your first attempt. The spring on this unit is VERY strong and will give you a true chest, arm and shoulder workout.
