Great at-home chest expander exercises. Very smooth action. Easy to switch cables and increase or decrease tension. Reasonably priced. Easy to pack in a bag when you travel. Always check the cables each time you use the expander to be sure they have no signs of wear.

I have no complaints about this chest expander. The price is right and the workout potential is great! I use this as a supplement to my workout routine. It just simply gives me more options without having to purchase a larger machine that takes up too much space.

My chest expander came with a different style of grips. The grips in the picture are bendable. Mine are firm plastic with a center grip that spins. They work great!

It's lightweight, easily packed, and great for several upper body/arm exercises. When my first "expander" broke, I tried all over the internet to find an exact replacement. Now I'm glad I didn't. This model is much better, lighter and can be set up for even more strenuous exercises. It arrived quickly and in excellent condition.
