All I got to say about this item is that it’s great, it works well on the back, arm, and ab area well, I didn't exercise for a while, it was hard to get used to it, but I burned off the pain eventually and it's working well for me.

You can always push yourself to new levels with this AB Roller. It gives you a much different feeling than standard crunches do; I would describe it as more of a pulling feeling versus the burn you get from crunches.
