- Other Thoughts: There's no eSata or sata ports, so you have to use USB 2.0 which is just not as fast. I have another Rosewill dock that uses eSata and on a 7200 RPM Hard Drive I get 100mb/s+ xfer speeds. With this unit and the same HD I only get 40mb/s on average.

- Other Thoughts: Promptly delivered. Not especially sturdy, but I was buying cheaply. Works as described. Would gladly pay more for similar item in metal. Will shop with this company again

- Other Thoughts: I've bought about 10 or more of these over the last couple of years and have not had a single problem with any of them. Some drives will run pretty hot if you dont have adequate cooling. I've found by putting a small fan to blow over the drives it keeps them very cool Perhaps they should have a fan option or something to keep drives like the Seagate 1.5TB cool.

- Other Thoughts: Works well. Comes with usb AND an sata cable. Light indicators for power and workload. Fairly small. the power brick is about 1/3 the size of the enclosure itself. haha. not too annoying . cheap and effective. good buy
