it keeps freezing and then when you try to turn it off, it won't and it won't play or move and so we have to pull the power out of the back and restart it that way, then sometimes it flickers when coming back on and you have to unplug it a second time.

I mean directly in front of HD Media Player . If you try to use it from any angle or significant distance it would not work. If the remote was better it would have received 5 stars. However, overall I am very impressed.
