My customer service representative was extremely knowledgeable, offered advice when requested and followed through on all outstanding questions. My ordered arrived in 14 days and including all items. However, there is never 1 store that not only provides excellent products, but great and I mean really great customer and sales services. Whatever your needs are, just make a call, email your enquiry, and a prompt and friendly reply would arrive in no time. They are fast, efficient, knowledgeable and willing to attend to any customer needs. If you subscribe to their daily email specials, you would be amazed by their crazy deals, which we just happen to benefit from it a few days back. It’s not only the products they sell, but the friendly and utterly great customer and sales support you get. Overall, a pleasant experience to do business with this company. I have been placed several orders with dinodirect.com this year and I give the site very high marks in all categories. I have found exceptional prices, remarkable free shipping, and effective customer service even to the point where the company proactively contacted me to let me know about an expired coupon I was using, subsequently cancelling the order at my request. I have not a single complaint and I find their products intriguing.

I am not a frequent shopper at dinodirect.com (actually, I think this is my first time), so my experience with them shows that they do not support only those who have spent X amount of money. First of all, shipping cost and speed were excellent. Using the free shipping option, my package arrived in only 2 weeks. But more importantly, when I decided that I did not want to items that I ordered because of something about them that was completely out of their control, they were more than happy to take them back. It took less than five minutes for me to explain the problem and have them accept the RMA and even agree to email me a shipping label to cover the return shipping cost. A week later, they emailed me that they have received the package and I was notified by PayPal that my money was refunded minutes later. No one should hesitate about doing business with dinodirect.com because they obviously care a lot about making sure that their customers are satisfied.
