Don't let its simplicity fool you. This really works on toning all aspects of the abdominals. After using it the first time, I felt it in my abs, arms, & back. It's easy to use & very durable.

Need to notify the inner of the wheel looks like aluminum or alloy; <br/>actually it is made of plastic and not as shiny as in the picture.

This is a highly useful fitness exercise roller. It's not anywhere near the top of the line, but the deal is ok. <br/>I use this on any surface including any type of carpeting. It rolls well enough, and that's what counts. The handles are ok, not too thin but also not anything special in my opinion.

The KUS abdominal wheel fitness exercise roller is well constructed and worth the money. Since using this product I have strengthened my core muscles considerably as directed by my Doctor. The wheel is easy to use I would however suggest that a pad be used for the knee's when using the wheel.
