- Other Thoughts: Want a work out that will test your strength??? Sick and tired of Power Twisters your 11 year old can do 10 - 20 times? Then this is the one you've been waiting for. You will be lucky to get 10 on your first attempt. The spring on this unit is VERY strong and will give you a true chest, arm and shoulder workout. <br/>Don't be fooled by the competition. This is the one to buy!!!

- Other Thoughts: This item arrived quickly and I was surprised at how tough it was to bend. But after working with it for a couple week I clearly am getting stronger and am now happy that it has so much resistance, I had one of these years ago that eventually snapped in the middle so I have no idea how long this will last.

- Other Thoughts: I'm 54 and have lifted weights since I was 19. I knew a guy who had one of these and remembered seeing them advertised in the comic books of my youth. I was curious as to whether they worked or not. They do. <br/>When I got the device, I could barely do one rep, and I can do 200lbs on the pec chest machine at the gym. In using it for about 3 weeks twice a day, I am now doing two sets of 20 reps twice a day. My chest is fuller and my poundage on the pec machine has increased by 40 lbs too. <br/>If you get one, try varying the positon of your hands. Low down for middle and lower chest, and up high in front of your face, for upper chest to deltoid tie in. It will build your arms and shoulders as well as it is very much a compound exercise.

- Other Thoughts: I've used similar products for many years. Everytime I break one or wear one out, they seem harder to find. This one had no problem filling my order of two "Power Twisters" speedily and for a very good price. I'd happily do business with them again.
