Pros: 
-Real capacity -Real LSD battery (if you forget them in you device and he will work after months) -More cheap than Eneloop -Good packaged, and looks like more expensive batteries
Cons: 
-Nothing much, really
Other Thoughts: 
Its perfect accu's for any purpose with low power consumption devices which use from time to time(like control desk, mouse) and high power devices like flashlights and toys(it gives more amps than usually accu's/alkaline batteries).
