I have to say the light spread is very good. The bulbs face down on the keyboard not in your eye and when I'm done on my computer I can plug it into the clip and read my book in bed. FANTASTIC!. Smart idea.

It stays firmly attached to my book and I can point it directly at the pages so my wife can sleep soundly next to me without being disturbed! I am very impressed with the battery life.

The only thing it's missing is an on/off switch, but it gives plenty of light to illuminate the entire keyboard, it's very flexible and priced right. You can't go wrong with this product, in my opinion. I would recommend it to a friend.

Bought this to be used with my Asus Eee laptop...but have found that any place I have a USB connector...this lamp is more than useful. Even use it with my desktop system when I don't want to heat up the room with the overhead lights.

This is a good book/keyboard light. I tried others that were too flexible and would not hold position. This one is bright enough to read in a Starbucks.
