- Other Thoughts: This product does what it said it will do; it trims your waist and makes you sweat - alot. I wear it when I work-out. It stays on, velcro is very strong.

- Other Thoughts: I'm so impressed about how it really rose my body temperature during cardio. I have never sweat so much before. Best thing is unlike other belts, it stays in place and is super comfortable. Beyond pleased.

- Other Thoughts: I used this product while exercising for like two weeks. I could not see the little dimples in my back so I knew that I needed to lose a little weight in my midsection. After two weeks I lost about an inch or two on the waist and I can see the dimples in my back whereas the fat was covering them before.

- Other Thoughts: Bought this item because of the brand name and it does exactly what it says it does. The shipping time was great and the price was reasonable. Anyone looking to increase sweating while workout should try this.
