- Other Thoughts: My knee was swollen when I ordered this. Shortly after using this with the frozen pack, the swelling and discomfort subsided. The only con, is that the pouch for the gel pack is a bit tight and I'm concerned that it will start ripping after a lot of use.

- Other Thoughts: My husband uses the Futuro straps while he is working, and uses the HoMedics knee Wrap when he is at home resting. It's made a world of a difference with his inflammation and discomfort..We love it!

- Other Thoughts: Was having extreme pain from arthritis - while the knee brace didn't eliminate it, it did make it tolerable - still have to get around. Had purchased another one a long time ago for other knee, so felt it would be good.

- Other Thoughts: I purchased this knee wrap because it seemed that a magnetic wrist wrap really helped my aching wrist feel better. My knee began aching me, so I found this magnetic knee wrap at Amazon. My knee is feeling better. I don't know for sure if the knee wrap helped or if the ache passed on it's own. At any rate, the wrap does hold in body heat, creating a moist heat under the wrap. The velcro sticks well and the item is well constructed. The knee wrap is comfortable. I have not used the ice pack.

- Other Thoughts: I've been diagnosed with Chondromalacia Patellae, which is to say that my knees ache frequently. I was desperate for an inexpensive, convenient ice pack that could help me control the inflammation. The Homedics wrap fits the bill. The wrap is easy to use, incredibly comfortable and effective. Not only does it sooth my inflammation, but it also acts as a brace, helping me keep my knee in line. I've only used it for cold therapy, and I feel that the ice pack lasts about 1.5 hours. I regret that it doesn't last longer, however, I just bought a second one of these so that I can switch the packs as needed. Truly, a great buy at a great price.
