I order this item several days ago, and it arrives within 14 days, although it took a little longer time, I feel worth it! I was thrilled when I found this cordless phone battery comes in perfect condition after so long shipping. After I bought this battery, I was not frustrated by the continous low charge on the battery that came with my new cordless phone any more, really a must have for everyone!

Priced these replacement batteries at a local branch of a national retailer for a very high price!!! That's almost as much as the phone cost. These were shipped quickly and work perfectly -- just as advertised. It works really well and it lasts long

I ordered this battery replacement because with my last point and cell phone, having an extra battery was a complete necessity. This battery lasts a lot longer than the old canon battery I used to deal with. Having an extra was really nice on long vacations too.

I have a cordless phone and a good rate on my plan so I didn't want to change my plan but I was having to charge the phone every day. The new battery works great, was easy to replace and I can go back to charging it once or twice a week. It's great!

For the price you cannot beat this battery. I purchased this battery and got it within a few days. I popped it into my phone and I'm happy to say its been working perfectly fine for the past two months. I can get at least 2-3 days of standby time without recharging and thats all I'm looking for. No issues, no complaints. My point at the end of the day is the battery I got was legit and it was exactly what I wanted.

I initially received the wrong item so I hopped online to their site and took advantage of their Live Chat feature and spoke with an associate named Ruth who was very helpful and advised that since I needed my item pretty quickly, she'd have it reshipped as soon as possible. The company did not ask me to send back the item I received by mistake since the cost of shipping was more than the item itself.

I researched buying the cordless battery, and the price was outrageous. It would have made more sense to just buy a new phone. Luckily I came across this battery replacement and it has worked perfectly for both of our cordless phones.
