- Pros: works on my in house phone headset as an adapter so it fits into portable phone I use for long distance calls.
- Cons: none I can think of yet
- Other Thoughts: pay attention to what size you really need as there are a lot of choices and I ordered the wrong one first!

- Other Thoughts: I tried others first, and ended with this one. It's just what I was looking for, and the price is right. Others were two to three times the price and not as user friendly.

- Other Thoughts: Seems to be a longer than expected time required to receive my items. I know they have to go to a vendor to get some of them but that process needs to be streamlined and expedited. I think they will miss business if this is their normal turn around time. Anyway, they are nice.
