the battery was AAA so makes it sensor smaller, be careful of the sensor holder.

i prefer AA battery coz it more easy to get AA than AAA, can try to place some sticker on it to stick it anywhere you want it to be.

Received product as expected. Fast shipping, was earlier than I had anticipated. The packaging was complete, and I am very happy with the purchase. I really appreciate the "stop/ pay attention to this" label on the front, because I have noticed some possible "operational defects", that could only be attributed to the manufacturer, and this information, was very succint and indiscreet. However, I am still adjusting the settings, so these seemful "defects" may actually be factory default settings. I placed an order in mid July but did not get the package 4 weeks later. I called the customer service and was instructed to file an online claim for refund. I did so and got reply from a representative saying they had the post office to trace the parcle down. Shortly after that, I got my package. Some reviews mentioned that this bar let you get further away from the TV. We have a 18X25 livingroom. With the original sensor bar, we had to sit in the middle of the room or it wouldn't work very well. With this sensor bar, we are now able to sit all the way across the room on the sofa and it works perfectly. <br/> <br/>Yes it is a little larger, has a blue light, a timer, and so on. But at least for us, those are all miniscule with being able to get a much greater distance away from the TV. Well worth the money and definately much better than the original one that came with the Wii.

We had purchased a wireless bar after the cat ate the wire on the original bar that came with the system. It was ok, but recharging batteries all the time was a pain. This replacement sensor bar works just as good as the original, but is slightly smaller than the original. I am very happy with this replacement.
