This converter works well,but I found that the unit operates better when you use a quality heavy guadge HDMI cable,don't use a thin wire,cheap cable from converter to TV. If you do you'll have problems with Color and size,like I did.

I decided to stop paying direct tv $100 a month and watch tv over the internet. This device was the cheapest solution I could find. I have a 720p plasma and my maximum computer screen resolution is 1280x800@60Hz the only thing that I tweaked was changing the computer resolution to 1280x768 to make the picture full screen on the tv. The picture and sound quality are both great! I am very happy with this device

The little guy works like it is supposed to. Just took some figuring out that you have to plug in/turn things on in a certain order, otherwise the converter does not know that data is being sent to it. I turn on the computer and then the converter.

This is an excellent product. I have been using this since last one month. Initially I thought that it will not work with Windows 7, but to my surprise, it is Windows 7 ready. I have a big 60 inch HD TV and I use this product to connect my Lenovo S-10 to my TV, the picture and sound quality are excellent.
