- Other Thoughts: I bought this white petticoat to go under my Alice in Wonderland Halloween costume. The seller shipped it fast and it is just what I needed. Full and flirty. A little more expensive that most petticoats but it has more volume and layers than those I've seen in stores.

- Other Thoughts: I purchased this crinoline petticoat for my wedding. I had a very heavy dress with scratchy tulle on the underside, and I wanted to keep it away from the skin on my legs. I've had issues with things like tulle irritating my skin, and I didn't want to take any chances on my wedding day. <br/>The white petticoat did exactly what I needed it to. It kept the tulle away from my legs. As an added bonus, it helped keep me nice and cool, since air could circulate under my dress more easily.

- Other Thoughts: They seem resilient and strong, and the fact that they are adjustable is very handy for matching the style of dress that you have. Perfect for a victorian-style dress. The waiste is as stated and truly can fit any size waiste.

- Other Thoughts: I wore this layered petticoat under my wedding dress and it was perfect. Good length, adjusts for what kind of volume you want, and is light weight and easy to maneuver in.
