This lambency flash diffuser is easy to use and will bring you one step closer to that perfect picture and can diffuse and soften the light from flash unit, producing natural and appealing pictures. The dome flash diffuser works great to reduce the harsh flash and shoot in portrait without annoying shadows. The material used makes the diffuser more translucent, keeping the unit from losing too much light while diffusing and softening the light from your flash/speed light. The lambency flash diffuser includes white, amber and silver inverted dome covers. It can helps to reduce common flash photography problems like over exposure, glare, harsh shadows, and red-eye. It's ideal for wedding, photojournalism and other event and location shooting.

This is the best mobile diffusion system I've ever used. The size is a bit cumbersome and a bit intimidating to subjects, but it fills your scene with even and smooth light. Also, because the diffuser is omni-directional, what reflected light that comes off the back and sides adds a bit of fill flash to what you're shooting. I often shoot with the dome in place to avoid shadows on faces from ceiling reflection, but if you're shooting under high ceilings, you can maximize your light output by removing the dome. The only problem that I've encountered is that the soft plastic diffuser is hard to fit onto my SL-580EX but once it's on, it tends to stretch out a little bit and fall of during brisk pivots. If you have the same problem and you'll be shooting with the diffuser for a while, you just secure it with a small piece of tape.

This was the first purchase I made from Dinodirect. Communication was excellent, product was as described, and shipping was outstanding - considering the item came from China. I highly recommend this website for their prices, and honoring their claims about the products they sell!

The site is very well organized and easy to find what I wanted with some extra details that helped me to decide what I was going to get for a new product. The selection is so large that I called the company for some help and did they help. The representative gave me the information that I needed and helped me put in the order. Dinodirect is now my favorite company for all my needs. The price is very reasonable. I wish there were more company's like this one.

This light diffuser works great. I found that even with it on there were still shadows against a light background. But, when I bounced the flash against the wall or ceiling there was little to no shadow. The only thing that is a negative is that even though a resin thing comes with it that is supposed to ensure that it stays on the flash it often comes off when you move the flash around a lot. But for the price it is a very nice product.
