The webcam is pretty basic and easy to use. Haven't used the software included on the CD. Picture quality is pretty decent. Definitely a very good deal for the price I paid.

Good cam for what I paid. OK picture and good quality construction, nice design. so far it is reliable. Definetly a great buy for $15 after pricegrabber review. I would recommend this to my friend

Since this is the first webcam that I have ever bought, I was not experienced in my purchasing decision. However, this was a great purchase! Not only was the price very reasonable, it was very easy to setup and the picture quality is great even in dim lighting.

ordered a Dymo label printer. After 10 days is still hadn't arrived and the tracking information indicated it had gone. But who in their right mind uses USPS and hopes to give a good service? They might save money by shipping free delivery orders, but I will never buy from them - this isn't good business sense.

I've been using this type of webcam for over 2 months, it's good enough for video chat. The resolution is not so high but the price is cheap. One month ago it suddendly out of work, I called the customer service number and the company send a new one to me, it took three weeks for processing and shipping (from New Jersey to Manhattan, NY), it could be faster.

I recently bought this CMOS Webcam from here. The price is so wonderful and I am very satisfied with this purchase. The customer service was excellent! I spoke with a rep. and she answered all of my questions with no problem. She even e-mailed me personally to let me know when my order shipped and the tracking info. I highly recommend this site as they are a pleasure to work with!! I have shopped around a lot and I am confident that I have found the best!
