I bought this Pocket Digital Multimeter to use while biasing the tubes in my guitar amp and fits the bill perfectly, at a nice price. They even include a battery, which, surprisingly lasts a long time!

This is good little Handheld Digital Multimeter for around the home tasks. It does everything I had looked for. Overall it is well worth the price.

i bought this Best Digital Multimeter to measure the voltage of some of my manual photography flashes -- so as not to fry my digital camera by overloading it with huge flash voltages in the hotshoe. this was a very inexpensive piece of kit, and it did exactly what it was advertised to do. the overall package gets four out of five stars because the instructions were a bit confusing for all of its functions. still, if you already know what you're doing with this device, it's well worth the few dollars you'll pay.
