I bought this unit to take the place of a few much cheaper, no-name models floating around my house. I haven't had a single problem so far. Whatever I throw at this baby, it handles with ease. I'm sure as a hobbyist that I over-bought. But the lifetime warranty and stellar reviews decided for me.

Plenty has been written about the excellent quality of this multimeter, so I won't duplicate it. Suffice it to say I am quite happy with my purchase. <br/> <br/>My one gripe is that the LCD washes out and is very hard to read from certain viewing angles, especially from the top (such as if when the meter is hanging on a wall or panel below eye level).

Simply the best! I am teaching an introduction to electrical engineering course and purchased this meter to use at home and in the laboratory to test circuits and components that are part of student lab exercises. Meter is rugged and accurate.

After I bought this meter I started to worry I might have overdone it. I'm relatively new to electronics and have recently started working with arduino's and xbee radios. <br/> <br/>This is an awesome meter, super high quality. I like the ability to measure temperature. It's made in Everett. I know the Fluke Chinese meters are also high quality but it's nice to support the folks building these locally.

I purchased Pocket Digital Multimeter for checking rechargeable battery voltage. It works great and the digital feature gives a much more accurate readout than any other method I've seen. Thumbs up !!!
