- Cons: The belt does not stay on your stomach, it curls up.
- Other Thoughts: All in all, it is a fine product. I had liked it better if it had remained on the stomach. It's very dumb to have to pull the belt up, since it curls up on the stomach.

- Other Thoughts: Purchased this item over a month ago. I am a personal trainer and absolutely love it. I wear this when running, cycling and weights. Definitely makes you sweat and for me I have noticed it helps with removing water weight. I purchased two! Its comfortable and easy to keep clean, I simply hand wash or put into the washing machine and line dry after each use.

- Other Thoughts: I dont know what all the other reviewers were talking about, it fits fine! As of Tuesday, I weigh 172.5 lbs, I'm size 13 in juniors and 12 or 14 in women and I have about 3 extra inches after fastening the belt. I can't wait to get off of work to use the band in my evening workout routine :)

- Other Thoughts: It is a good product; I would recommend it highly. It narrow so I use two of 'em. I use the zipper kind on top so it helps. Abdomen Belt is ok
