I bought this Universal Laptop Adapter for my toshiba and already wrote a review because the plug was not right, but the company emailed me after reading I was unhappy and sent me another free one that would work better . The new one is perfect and customer service was awesome to talk to.

This is a great Universal Laptop Adapter. Just remember to set all voltages / amperage before connecting to laptop. there is not a protective cover over the voltage adjustment switch, I placed a small peice of black electrical tape over it to keep from accidental changes (dose not look to bad and matches nice).It would be nice if there was a small bag included for component storage for the adapters not being used.Over all I am happy with purchase. :)
