- Other Thoughts: I recieved this battery in brand new condition and the delivery <br/>of the product was speedy. When I originally orderd it I was <br/>going away and I like to travel with an extra fully charged <br/>battery. I orderd a few days before leaving for my trip and <br/>expected my battery to arive by the time I returned a week <br/>later.

- Other Thoughts: I don't know if it was a fluke or not, but even though the battery I got came in retail packaging, it looked strange. The label seemed a little loose/wrinkled, although the hologram did check out as genuine Nokia. For some reason, the battery doesn't hold a charge even as long as my old battery. Going to try purchasing again from an other supplier, I think my battery must be either a return, a forgery, or a defect, but I've waited too long to process a return on it.

- Other Thoughts: The salesman at the cell phone company told me that I needed to purchase a new cell phone because it went out before I qualified for a free upgrade. He also said that a new battery would cost $50. The new battery, which cost less than half of that at Amazon.com, fixed the phone!!

- Other Thoughts: The battery that I ordered was listed as new, when I recieved it, It was a used battery that would not take any charge. They insisted that it was new. But it was not. It was scratched from use.

- Other Thoughts: I'm not sure how good this product is. I think it's my cell phone. All of a sudden the phone wouldn't hold a charge. It's possible the new battery that isn't good, but I think it's more likely there is something wrong with the cell phone.
