The changes they have made to the premier is great. Much more user friendly and in HD it has a great interface. <br/>Tivo Premier rates 5 stars <br/>Hope they do more with the tivo desktop to allow more control from your laptop. <br/>Tivo Desktop rates 3.5 stars

I have NET-FLiX in my livingroom that's connected to a wii.but i would also like to watch movies in my bedroom without disconnecting the WII each time.I dont want another WII.WILL THIS DEVICE WORK FOR THAT?

I purchased this item for my son for his birthday, and he absolutely loves. He said that it saves him money too, because he sent his box back to Comcast and does not have to pay the monthly fee for renting there equipment, I plan on buying (2) more. One for my daughter and (1) for me.

A great improvement upon the Tivo HD. My only complaint is that the UI overhaul is not deep enough, after the first tier of submenus you are always directed back to the old SD interface. Otherwise, it does everything you can expect out of a TiVo, which is to say, superior to any other cable box on the market.

I like it. I had two replay tv for years and wanted to upgrade. I wish you could get the lifetime instead of the first year subscription. I love the fact that you can record two shows at once. The menu is a little hard to follow. All in all I would buy it again.
