I definitely appreciate its having no hum and its big volume. But the in-ear hearing aid often slides from my ear. Maybe, it does not my size. In all, it's good.

I received this product the day before yesterday and was amazed at its capabilities. Now I can hear clearly. But now, there is a problem. My friends have costumed me loudly, while I feel that they make a noise. It's a joke. So strongly recommend whose ear lost hearing
