• Other Thoughts: The walky talky are some how big and heavy. Is just fine. The range in a city with much more traffic and so on is no more than 1 mille, that is already quite ok. I've never used in a free field. In any case is the third one that I used in florida and are surely the best ones.

• Other Thoughts: We bought these Handheld Walkie Talkie to use while on vacation, the units worked very well. The range and sound quality was excellent. Would highly recommend.

• Other Thoughts: The Long Range Walkie Talkies exceed my expectations. I haven't had a chance to use them very much but I think I may have gone with a 'bit of over-kill'. I just wanted to use them to keep track of my grandchildren in campgrounds but the range and clarity are much greater than what I needed.

• Pros: Goos radio overall 16 channels are good battery last a long time
• Cons: charger caoud be improved, some time it is hard to put the radio in to the charger.
• Other Thoughts: I thought I was gettign a 5W radio form as describec on the website, however the radio it salf has a lable that the radio if 4 watt, and in the manual it describes the radio to be 3 Watt. the bottom line is I did not get the distance that I would like that is about 1.5KM (inside of a biulding ) but the valu is good for one biulding lcation
