- Other Thoughts: As other reviewers have noted, this bulb is dim. I wanted to use it to light a closet where a dimmer bulb would be fine, but after installing it, the bulb turned out to be too dim for the closet. I now use it in a lamp that is used like a night light.

- Other Thoughts: Bought this to put in a swing arm lamp for reading at night about seven months ago. Works very well for this purpose. Light is cool white vs. the much more yellow incandescent light bulbs. Makes a little soft noise while warming up.

- Other Thoughts: Great item, I highly recommend it. I use ours outdoors on front porch so the steps can be illuminated and also see keyhole much better. Improves security as well.

- Other Thoughts: This LED Light Bulb works better than expected. I use to light the stairs going to the basement. Very sensitive and a very bright light. I am going to order another one.
