- Other Thoughts: I found normal over-the-ear muffs to be very uncomfortable due to having to wear glasses and the intrinsic side effect of warming up the ears. I've never tried plugs, so can't compare them.

- Other Thoughts: It is important to follow the instructions to get a tight fit in the ears. I would highly recommend this product for any shooter.

- Other Thoughts: I have tried several types of ear protection over the years. For shooting a rifle these are excellent. Allows for a close fit to the rifle butt without getting in the way like ear muffs. The sound protection is very good.
