- Other Thoughts: At larger f-stops and wide angle (18mm or so) I get some vignetting - although it is stacked on top of a UV filter. Wishing I would have purchased the 'lower profile' filter.

- Pros: Have bought this filter outdoor shoting. The effect was stunning and definately like it very much. Would recommend other to consider this filter to have a good image taken.

- Other Thoughts: I live up in New England and was looking for rich, vibrant fall foliage photos. This HD filte was just the ticket--I like taking rich, saturated photos with high contrast, and this 58mm lens filter does a lot of that work for me, pre-processing. I still haven't tried it on the foliage, but I love what I see so far!

- Other Thoughts: I ordered this for my mom, who had dropped hers and bent the rim. This was priced very fairly, and the HD filter works well.

- Other Thoughts: Works great. A circular polarizer allows you to get a more even exposure with the sky and the foreground. This is a must for landscape photos on a sunny day especially when there are clouds in the sky. Without it the sky will often "wash out" and overexpose, killing the contrast in the clouds and sky.
