The packaging tells you this is a ps3 component cable (I was freaked out for a second), but it works with your ps2 just fine. The image looks sharper than what I see when I use the standard A/V cables that come with the ps2.

I was very impressed at how crisp and clear my games look using this Component video cable, as compared with the original audio/video cable that comes with the system. The box only says it's for the PS3 which had me worried at first but the details say it's for PS2 or PS3, and it works.

For the price this is a great cable. It will give you basically the same quality as a monster cable for a much cheaper price. I went from a crappy composite cable that gave me washed colors and a fuzzy standard def picture to a crisp 720p picture. Definitely worth the price!

My nephew assures me he can see a big difference on his new HD TV when he connects his PS2 with this cable instead of his old cable. The picture on the screen is much clearer than the picture with the old cable. Sure was a pretty cheap way to make my nephew happy

I suggest buying it if you're looking for HD cable for your PS3. Possible drawback is if you're looking for a long cable.

The good thing about this fan is that it fits on the front not the back or the sides. A lot of the fans out there attach to the side or the back of the ps3, but that actually does more damage than good.
