Great little interface. I can now use the terminal on my Cisco ASA, and I can do it without having to install a pci express serial card in my new computer. I am running Windows 7 and this product installed seamlessly with the supplied drivers.

I'm a court reporter using Eclipse software with a HP laptop and have had serious problems with my USB connection until getting this adapter. It wants to work, never fails. My previous USB adapter wasn't sure if it wanted to work or not (intermittent), and my express card also was sometimes intermittent. <br/>Great bargain!

We got this to be able to hook up our older GPS to our newer laptop and it does just what we need it to do. Programs work great and allows us full use ofthe two devices together.
