- Other Thoughts: When I first saw this dress online I totally loved it. It was the perfect look for me and my wedding. However, I was a bit concerned about buying a dress online without having tried it on. The dress was made quickly, and it shipped very quickly. <br/>However, when I got the dress and tried it on the bust part was way to big. I emailed their customer support staff, who always responded within 24 hours of my emails. They asked me to send them pictures to confirm the issue. When I sent the pictures they immediately took responsibility for the error and gave me a few choices on how to deal with it. I decided to go with a local tailor to fix the problem and they reimbursed me a portion of the cost of the dress. They were very quick to deal with the problem and I had no trouble getting the reimbursement.

- Other Thoughts: Hi all, I'm going to tell my story about this dress. <br/>I liked the pictures of this dress, it's looks so airy and soft.. And the price — I decided to buy it. <br/>First that I want to note — The Custome Service. It's perfect. <br/>They answered all my questions and tell only the truth. <br/>Our wedding date is in summer and I don't worried the shipping. <br/>So, I have the Wedding Dress from My Dreams and I recommend this Shop to all on Russian Wedding Forums =) <br/>On my pictures the dress isn't ironed and altered yet, but already seen, that it is cool! - Other Thoughts: Recently got married and my wife brought this tremendous dress for our wedding day. We custom sized this dress but it was worth every penny do it for the result. <br/>On our wedding the dress made my wife look like a beautiful princess out of a fairy tale. We went to Hyde Park Kensington Gardens and everyone complimented the dress and started taking pictures. Everyone all day said the bride in the dress was amazing. The dress took my breath away and we were so happy to hear from so many people the dress was gorgeous. <br/>We chose a pure white, dress is made of high grade material and quality feels expensive, the touch of the velvety chiffon felt so smooth. The workmenship to put this together is first class, i could not spot any faults loose threds or broken faults and dirty areas. It was totally clean. <br/>Thank you to all , your site and support is the best - you brought so much happiness and a unforgettable dress to my wife. <br/>Ive attached photos of my wife.

- Other Thoughts: I had bookmarked this dress months ago and finally was ready to order- but "Sold Out!"- I tried to reconsider other dresses but my heart was sold on this dress. I initiated an online chat with the company and they were very helpful, going so far as to make special arrangements for me to place my order. The dress was (I assume) made custom and it fits perfectly. The quality and detail are better than I expected for the price too. It arrived promptly and now I am so pleased and will tell every bride-to-be that they should seriously consider placing their order with this company. Thank you for making my wedding dream come true!

- Other Thoughts: I chose this dress as a second dress for my wedding for the dancing party! It looked lovely with the white belt, but not as good as it did with a red belt I wore it with since all the wedding was red and white. All and all it was perfect! I did my dnce choreaography with it and it lifts up as I danced! Thanks!
