- Other Thoughts: Although a pain to install (crammed space for my large hands) in the SAAB 9-3 they are a direct replacement for the OEM High Intensity bulbs, and, at this price, about a third or less than what your dealer or local auto parts store may charge you. Just make sure to disconnect the battery before you touch the lamp body, unless you want a shock.

- Other Thoughts: When I bought my BMW, I had to opt for the HID lights because they are just awesome. First thing I asked the dealer was how much they would cost to replace when the bulbs went out. The dealer said "They don't break," which in BMW-language means you will cry when they do. <br/> <br/>Fast forward to five years later, my car starts to show the "Pink eye" which is what HIDs show before the bulb goes out. I call BMW and they want two-hundred and fifty smackers for the replacement bulb. Wow. No thanks. I jump onto Amazon and search for "Sylvania D2S HID" which is pretty much what was written on the HID bulb I pulled out from my car. Low and behold, one-fifth the price!
