Quiet! When running at full speed these fans are nearly silent. I ended up replacing all my fans with Noctua fans in my case and I am extremely happy with my decision.

first time to add a cooler , and my firt pc build ever!! researched for ages, and basically came to the conclusion this was the best and better than some water coolers. One thing i learnt was, that you could have the most expensive water cooler, but its all to do with the ambient air temperature. for ease, performance, no hassle installation and no probs with ccolant leaking like a water cooler, very happy.

Be forwarned, as others have said - THIS IS HUGE. If your memory has large cooling fins, or you are running a standard case, check and recheck your clearances. If it will fit, don't hesitate one bit. The quality and functionality is well worth the extra bucks.
