For the price, you cannot beat this bluetooth headset. It is a little bit larger than many of the other headsets on the market, which is a plus for me. I have always felt like I was going to break the smaller units. The call clarity for the most part has been very good, with only minor disruptions in areas with interference items in the area (i.e. high-tension power lines). The ear loop is very easy to adjust for left or right ear, and the single multi-function button (power, answer/hang-up, volume) is very convenient. Overall, a great product!

I have been using this Bluetooth for the last 24 hours and the only complaint I have is that when I"m in a slightly busier location like sams club, or the hospital, or a cafeteria it's harder to hear someone. When your in the car you can hear just fine if you turn your music down...

excellent hearing and volume controle, part around ear is a little thich when you wear glasses but you get used to it, over all good quality and very easy to use and pair with phone.

I got this headset because the speaker in my phone is crackly. This piece is such a relief. It's clear, and the volume range is great. I can turn it up enough when I need more volume, and down enough when talking to that loud friend or family member. Also, I don't have to yell to be heard. The piece is comfortable and easily adjusts. <br/> <br/>The only complaint I have is turning the thing on and off. I have to hold the little pin for quite a while and it sometimes bothers my fingers.

Great bluetooth for the money. The volume is excellant. considering I have a slight hearing problem. The battery lasts longer than my other bluetooths Very comfortable in your ear. You don't even know your wearing it.
